Sarka Wilde has got 20 years of property experience, she started investing in the property in her twenties and worked with a number of prominent investment companies in the UK. She runs her own estate and letting agency. Sarka is a member of highly respected industry body Propertymark ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) meaning she is always up to date with current affairs and current opinion.
She has also won Business Person of the Year 2018 at the Business Cherwell Awards, national award from ViewAgent in categories Exceptional Agent 2017-2018 and Exceptional Estate Agency 2017-2018, Business Profile 2018 at ARL conference in London to name a few.
Paul Bohill is a High Court Enforcement officer and Channel 5 celebrity at the program Can’t Pay We’ll Take It Away.
He has been able to build up a vast amount of knowledge and experience within the enforcement sector from a career spanning over 50 years. He first started his career in the West Midlands Police where he tried his hand at a number of different departments before becoming a fast response driver and co-founding member of the police underwater search unit. After further stints in law enforcement, Paul moved into the High Court industry in the early 90’s where he has served since, obtaining over 25 years’ experience.
Phil Baxter served in the British Army for 23 years completing tours in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan before retiring to Warwickshire in 2017 where he set up Baxter Development Solutions. He is a big fan of cricket and loves cooking, walking his Kelpie dog Kendra and riding his growing collection of motorbikes.
Baxter Development Solutions provide Energy Performance Certificates which are required for sale or rent of domestic properties. They are also required for applications for any of the government grants that are available for home owners for the purpose of energy efficiency such as the renewable heat incentive or green deal finance.
